By using KivuNext services, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these ToS.
• These terms apply to all visitors, users, participants, and contributors ("Users").
• KivuNext may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

KivuNext provides:

• Educational Services: Online courses, workshops, bootcamps (Academy).
• Incubation & Acceleration Services: Mentorship, startup support, networking (Hub).
• KGIGs & Innovation Resources: Access to innovation goals, tools, and insights.
• Content & Publications: Blog articles, insights, media, and premium content.
• AI Services (NextAI): Conversational AI, AI-powered editors, APIs (if applicable).
• Events & Community: Hackathons, Innovation Week, and networking events.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
• Not use our Services for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes.

For certain services (Academy enrollment, Hub programs, NextAI access, subscriptions):

• You must provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

By using KivuNext Services, you agree:

• Not to violate any laws or regulations.
• Not to harass, abuse, or harm other Users.
• Not to infringe on intellectual property or proprietary rights.
• Not to upload viruses, malware, or disruptive software.

• KivuNext retains ownership of all content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials.
• Users may view, access, or download content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.
• Users retain ownership of content they submit, but grant KivuNext a non-exclusive license to display or use it in Services.

• Access to premium content or courses may require payment.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to update pricing or terms with notice.
• Users are responsible for payment processing fees.

• KivuNext Services are provided "as-is" and without warranties.
• We do not guarantee results, business success, or earnings from participation in programs or use of tools.
• KivuNext is not responsible for third-party content, services, or external links.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, KivuNext shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless KivuNext from claims arising from their use of the Services.

• KivuNext may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of ToS.
• Users may close their account at any time by contacting support.
• Termination does not relieve Users from obligations incurred prior to termination.

• KivuNext collects and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using our Services, you consent to data collection, storage, and use as described.

• These ToS are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in DRC unless otherwise agreed.

• KivuNext may update these Terms at any time.
• Updates will be posted on this page with a "Last Updated" timestamp.
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
